Koren is in LOVE with his new veggie and fruit.  toys. They are made by Plan Toys. I found them at Babystyle and am already looking at what to get next! There is something so appealing about "green" toys, ya know?

If you haven't heard of this book yet and you have kiddos who may not be getting their daily dose of veggies CHECK IT OUT! I picked it up at Costco last week and have already prepared a few of the meals. It's a fab idea and the recipes are pretty dang yummy!

I have been wanting now for a while to make Teags some homemade baby food. Today seemed like a perfect day to stay in and have a little food processing party. Bec, Kaila, and I whipped up quite the variety, and let me tell you these babes are in for a treat! Super easy, all natural, and freezer ready. I think i'm hooked!these are the lucky girl who get to enjoy all the tasty treats

10 for Tuesday

I decided to steal this from every other blogger out there and give you all 10 random facts for this sunny Tuesday:

1.  I tried the new indoor playgym today at the old Catholic church. It was actually fairly entertaining for Koren. He was out like a light before we hit the bridge on our way home.
2. Justin worked late last night so I decided to try giving both the kids their baths together. Let's just say Koren ended up in timeout before I could get his hair washed. 
3. Earlier today at Fred Meyer we decided to try the new DVD vending machine thingy. It was pretty stinkin' cool! We rented Shrek 3 only to which Koren got bored 10 minutes into it.
4. Soccer tonight- fun fun fuN!!
5. Tomorrow Becca, Kaila and I were supposed to be taking the kids to Spokane to the Children's museum but we are going to postpone it a week due to the mass amount snow covering the entire area. 
6. I'm looking out the window right now watching the neighbor's golden retriever chase a tennis ball and thinking how much I would love a big dog. hint hint Justin ;) 
7. hmm 10 things is not very easy, one day i'll learn how to hyperlink fun stuff for you all to check out. probably not today though. 
8. Teags is rocking out in her exersaucer, but i'm wondering how long she should stay in it??
9. I really should be working on mkcphoto.com, it's so close to being ready to relaunch. I need to stop being such a perfectionist  and just let it go live. 
   
10. finally, number TEN. This is such a great bargain of a bowl!! $4.00 at Target and who would of thought I would use it to hold an almost 5 month old in :)

Monday's used to mean a whole lot more to m

e when I was working a typical 8-5 job. Now that i'm a photog and a full time mama it's nothing but another day of the week. 

Yesterday Justin, Papo, Koren , Teags and I made a quick jaunt to Seattle to look at some furniture and take Koren on the monorail downtown. Koren has been getting into trains lately, thanks to some of his little buddies, so we decided that a quick and fun trip would be the monorail. HE LOVED IT! I wish they would let you ride it as long as you would like without getting off. 

Both Kiddos have a bit of the crud and are covered in vapor rub. I think we will skip playgym today and watch a couple of movies

 on the couch.

ok, so it's about time i actually do this. blog that is. i've been such a wannabe blogger for forever now that i feel like it's now or never. i've been blog-stalking a gazillion blogs recently and my good friend ashmash has just released her SECOND blog. i have no idea what i'm doing so this will be a learning process. one of the main reasons i have yet to blog is because i am the worlds worst writer. no seriously, my grammar is awful. i think it has something to do with spending my junior high and high school days traveling to foreign countries and chasing boys, hmm....if i only paid more attention in english 101.
